Q: Where are you services available?
A: We serve the greater Sacramento area and more: Auburn, Natomus, Folsom, Stockton and everywhere in between! If you are unsure or just a little further then some of the places listed, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.


Q: What's your hours of operation?
A: We are open every day from 8am - 5pm. *except major holidays*


Q: Where are you located?
A: Since we are a small family owned business, my home is my office. However, there is no need to come to me, our drivers will come to you at no extra cost! The fact we do not run an office space only means we can offer competitive, or even cheaper rates than the bigger companies.


Q: Why should I choose you over your competitors?
A: We're family owned, been in business for almost 20 years, have an A+ rating with BBB, and we are also upfront with our fees. When you call us for a quote we will give you the actual cost and won't throw in extra charges for driving to you or disposal of your old window(s) because it's included at no extra cost!


Q: What type of guarantee do you offer with your work?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work and products for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.


Q: What about chip repairs?
A: Some insurance companies will pay for chip repair at no cost to you. Great way to save money and will turn that ugly chip into what looks like a water spot. If we repair any chips for you and fail to prevent it from spreading, we will apply whatever you pay towards a new windshield or reduce your deductable if going through your insurance.


Q: How long does it take for a replacement/repair?
A: Most cases about an hour. However, you should not drive for at least an hour after to ensure adhesive and resin dries.


Q: Do I need to stay with my car?
A: Only if you want. Most of our customers schedule a repair/replacement during their work hours so the process is as convenient as possible. We don't mind you watching, or calling you when the job is done.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: C.A.G accepts cash and all major credit cards.


Q: How soon can you install/repair my window(s)?
A: As little as a few hours we can have someone there to fix your window(s). However, depending on the day and location of the job, we may have to schedule for a day or two out.


Q: Will the technician call me before they arrive?
A: Here at C.A.G we care about our customers and want everything to be as seamless and convenient as possible. In most cases we will not only call before arriving, but provide you a more reasonable timeframe in which to expect us. None of that 4-6 hour windows you'd expect.
